Grievance Procedure: Grievance boxes are located within each facility, in a public area. Grievance boxes are secured and checked regularly by staff. Grievances may be submitted anonymously. Additionally, any staff member can take and follow up on a reported grievance. I have also attached our grievance policy if you need it for reference.
